Now in their 32nd year, the Evening Standard New Homes Awards recognise, celebrate and commend innovation and excellence in today’s new homes. Celebrated at the Dorchester, guests are treated to a glamourous lunch and awards ceremony networking with their peers in this must attend industry event.

The awards are judged by an independent panel of property experts who will be looking for homes and developments that mark the very best in modern housebuilding.

There are 16 categories in all, encompassing the whole new-build market, from first-time buyer flats to luxurious mansions; from eco-homes to those with outstanding architectural merit, and from boutique apartment projects to large-scale regeneration schemes. Refurbishment projects qualify as well as new builds, including the retirement living sector.
